On their tour of Europe, the Smiths stopped in Switzerland for the first and last time ever. This concert went down well but Morrissey wasn't very talkative. Most of his banter consisted of song announcements, such as "This is our new single... it's called 'Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now'", "This is a song called 'Barbarism Begins At Home' which is... true" or "This is a strange song called 'Miserable Lie'." Returning for a third encore, Morrissey stated "I don't know what to say" and then the band launched into "Pretty Girls Make Graves".
